Hi, I’m JJ Economu — Founder and Personal Trainer at Mindset Fitness. It’s my passion to equip others with the knowledge, self-belief and motivation to overcome their health and fitness obstacles and live a healthier life.
Through my own struggles and experiences, I've learned that having the right mindset is crucial for making significant changes in your health and lifestyle. "Training with Mindest Fitness, I have not only lost the most weight I ever have (and kept it off) but I have also learned so much from JJ about how to live both a healthy and happy lifestyle. Initially, happiness and healthiness were not necessarily 2 things that I thought would go together.
